2- Discovery and Budget Alignment
We review your lot, expected finishes, design priorities, and target investment range to make sure expectations, design, and budget all align early.
3- Design and Pre-Construction Planning
We develop floor plans, send for engineering, conduct a lot visit if needed, gather bids, and meet to finalize selections and pricing before construction begins.
4- Contract and Final Pricing
Your scope of work is fully defined, selections are documented, and your project cost is finalized. No guesswork. No open-ended decisions.
5- Pre-Construction
We finalize remaining selections, order materials, and submit plans for permitting so your project is ready to move forward without unnecessary delays.
6- Construction Phase
With permits approved, we begin building. You receive a clear schedule, weekly progress updates, scheduled walkthroughs, and ongoing communication throughout.
7- Final Inspection and Handover
We complete final inspections, obtain your Certificate of Occupancy, and conduct a final walkthrough together to confirm everything meets your contract expectations.
8- Warranty and Post- Construction Support
After handover, your project is backed by a 1-year warranty. If anything comes up during that time, we take care of it. No runaround and no delays.
